The dwelling was designed to be carbon neutral with super insulated walls, floor and roofs, and energy generation equipment to ensure that all demands were covered even at peak times.
The initial application was refused despite earlier assurances from planning officers however we have since been instrumental in a change of planning policy within the district that would now ensure its success if a subsequent application were to be submitted. My client however has in the interim relocated to follow interests in the southern hemisphere.
